THIRD PARTIES
We hire vetted third-party business partners and/or vetted third-party service providers to operate the Site and to perform functions on our behalf, including mailing and delivering our products, answering your questions by phone or email, analyzing data, location target marketing, specific administrative duties, and/or acting as an agent for third-party software, content or services. These vetted third parties have access to your PI that you provided us, and use it only as required or necessary to perform their specific functions as a third party partner. We seek to limit our third party partners to using the PI that is shared with them for the purpose of necessary services.

THIRD PARTY FINANCIAL INFRASCTUCTURE & PROCESSING
Credit card and/or personal financial information is NOT stored on this Site. Your credit card information is not stored by the Company in any way.  We use the vetted third-party payment processing merchant company Stripe for financial infrastructure and to process financial purchase transactions on the Site paid with a credit card, debit card, or payment card. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take high-level precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we use your credit card data for payment, that information is encrypted and transmitted to in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page to ensure a secure website.

We work with vetted partners to process data and marketing information on behalf of the Company in order to broaden the services we offer.  Our partners work at our instruction and are in compliance with our Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We hire outside business partners for research information regarding national and international tourism, travel, marketing, and events information based on where our customers and users reside and/or are traveling to and what sports, activities and events they participate in. We make this travel and tourism research material available to our Partners. Any recommendation, opinion, or advice on and relating to tourism, travel, sports, activities, and events contained in such distributed information does not reflect the views of Certified Travel International LLC (DBA: Certified).

APPLICABLE LAW
This Policy is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
