The following Company Policies are effective as of the date 01 January 2023
PURCHASE & DELIVERY POLICIES FOR: EXPRESS EMAIL DELIVERY
If you purchased the Express Email Delivery (email only) option, your Certificate will be emailed in PDF format within 24 hours from time of purchase as an attachment to your emailed Purchase Receipt. First, search for your Park Certificate purchase receipt in your inbox. Second, check your SPAM EMAIL folder as a precaution, and search the term ‘Park Certificate’. Ensure the Email Delivery Address is correct on the order-form as this is where the Certificate is delivered. If there is a delivery issue, please contact Support.
PURCHASE & DELIVERY POLICIES FOR: PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED, SHIPPED, AND PDF EMAIL FILE
If you purchased the Professional Print & Ship delivery option, your Certificate will be professionally printed and mailed out USPS approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase from our print shop. The Postal Service (USPS) can sometimes cause unforeseen delays. The Certificate will be shipped to the mailing address you entered on the order-form at the time of purchase. Ensure the mailing address on the order-form is correct as this is where the Certificate will be mailed.
You will receive the emailed PDF file of your Certificate within 24 hours of purchase. Check your SPAM EMAIL folder as a precaution. Search for ‘Park Certificate’ in your email. The PDF file of the Certificate will be emailed to the Email Delivery Address you entered on the order-form. Your Certificate PDF file is ATTACHED to your emailed purchase receipt. If there is a delivery issue, please contact Support.
REFUND POLICY
We maintain a NO refund policy. A refund will not be processed if the ‘Name’ and/or ‘Date’ entered on the order-form was misspelled or entered incorrectly by the customer during the ordering process. It is the responsibility of the customer ordering the Certificate to ensure the correct spelling of the name, the correct name format, and correct date format for the Certificate. Confirm the correct spelling and format of the name and date that will be printed on the Certificate BEFORE ordering and issuing your payment. The Certificate ordered and purchased will be delivered exactly how the name and date are entered on the order form by the customer. The Name and Date processed from your order is included on your email receipt. Check your receipt for the information you entered on the order form.
We can Re-Print a new certificate for you for a Certificate Re-Print Fee. Check the Reorder page for the process for a Re-Print Certificate.
